Joel and Lezanne Pugh are both Doctors of Physical Therapy, as well as Multifamily Apartment Real Estate Investors. In multifamily alone, the Pughs have invested in over 1100 doors in Texas and Florida. 

As healthcare professionals, Joel and Lezanne have an innate passion for helping others, which has translated into multifamily investing. They strive to help others achieve financial freedom through passive investing.

Joel Pugh, PT, DPT

Joel holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Temple University. He has served as a physical therapist for over 14 years, providing quality and compassionate care to his patients. Joel has experience with leadership and business management as he created and managed his own contract home health physical therapy services company serving Southwest Houston communities. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, he served in the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Physiologist for six years. With his training, he has become particularly adept with crucial analysis and problem solving.

Lezanne Pugh, PT, DPT, MHA

Lezanne holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Temple University and a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She served as a frontline physical therapist in the hospital setting for 14 years before becoming a Therapy Manager. In a formal managerial role, Lezanne is involved in hospital operations with a focus on strategic planning, performance and mentorship.
